Rejuvenating Spa

Long day at work? Have a lot of sprains and aches when you get home? In too much pain to relax? Try this recipe.

  • 1/2 cup dried Calendula flowers
  • 1/4 cup dried Comfrey leaves
  • 1/2 cup dried Rose petals
  • 1/4 cup dried lavender flowers
  • 1/2 cup dried red clover buds
  • 4 drops essential oil extract- Peppermint
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions: Mix dried flower combination together in a mixing bowl, then add hot water and let contents seep for four minutes. Meanwhile, start a warm/hot bath while contents in mixture bowl are seeping. Drain contents, placing the water mix into the bath and throwing away the flower buds. Add the Peppermint extract and honey into the bath, mixing the contents evenly into the bath.

Soak for at least 20 minutes. Use mild ivory soap or organic soap after soaking for 20 mins.

After the bath, your body should feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Dry skin should feel moisturized and muscles should feel relieved.
